Substantiation and development of innovative container technology for rock mass lifting from deep open pits

Purpose. The research purpose is to substantiate the rational parameters of innovative container technology for transporting mine rocks in open pits with account technological advantages. Methods. winding machine normal operation was determined by calculation performed. metal structure designed environment Compass-3D software complex. structural elements were tested using computer modeling methods APM WinMachine 9.7 program, which gives possibility obtain strength values. Findings. results stresses on wall and frame, as well yield are presented. test confirms technical feasibility operating dragline-based machines. influence capacity performance has been dependence economic efficiency introduction at pit depth revealed. Originality. For first time, basis modeling, stress distribution have substantiated when performing a calculation. It that maximum 117.52 N/mm2; principal value 83.85 N/mm2. safety factor 1.8. load acting 957.5 kgf, does not exceed calculated value. Practical implications. practical importance improve mining efficiency, reduce cost ensure automatic unloading. use replaceable containers can significantly change formation principles shovels transport complexes, increase their main processes.
